Welcome to the 2027 Northern California Girls softball Association Youth Umpire Page 

Clinic Information: Cost is $40.00 for Youth Umpires under age 17. $85.00 for Adult Umpires age 18 and over. Leagues will register their umpires and send those registrations to USA Softball of Sacramento.  Umpires 18 and over will need to complete the Safe Sport Certification process.

Clinic dates are listed below. Please remember that clinics can be subject to change due to weather & field conditions. We will do our best to update the clinic dates in a timely manner. In some cases, decisions may be made at the last minute. There also may be a need to make some changes to Time & Location. Check the page often, and before you head out.   

Last minute changes will be distributed via the NorCal email system to the league UIC that is hosting the clinic, as well as to other members on the distribution list. In case of inclement weather contact the hosting league's UIC. Or the NorCal UIC, Phil Perkins at -  officialphil58@gmail.com
